About Peltours
Peltours was established in 1920 and was one of the first companies to offer tours of the Holyland. We started offering holidays to Egypt in 1920 and actually had 40 offices throughout the Middle East at one time, including Israel, Egypt and Iraq.
Headed by our Managing Director, Stuart Lewis (right), Peltours is an independent UK registered company which is licensed with ABTA (V667X) and CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) ATOL 0481. These licences provide security and peace of mind for travellers booking with Peltours, knowing that their money and their holidays are protected.
In addition, Peltours is also a member of the Association of Independent Tour Operators. This is an exclusive organisation that works to ensure that the high quality of its members, that they are conforming to a strict code of conduct, providing a high quality level of service to its clients, as well as working in an ethical manner.
As a specialist, we believe that we must have excellent in-depth knowledge of all the countries, cities, resorts, hotels and regions that we offer. With this in mind, we try to ensure that our experienced Reservations team have first-hand knowledge of all our Egypt holidays with all of them having visited if they have worked with us for more than 6 months. If we do not know the answer to a query, we will endeavour to find someone who does even if that means sourcing it from our partners in Egypt.
